“RK Planning” (hereinafter referred to as "our Company") owns all copyright and all other intellectual property rights for the documents in this site. Everything on this site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. Our Company welcomes non-commercial use of this site, provided that all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the content are retained. We advise that you may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties or for commercial purposes any portion of this site without the express permission of our Company. In addition, any licenses based on intellectual property rights concerning products or services introduced or mentioned in documents on this site will not be granted.
1. Utilization Purposes
Regarding the shopping site operated by our Company and our Company website,
personal information will be used for the following purposes:
(1) Our Company handles information of customers: name, address, and
telephone number, collected through legal and fair means. Personal
Information collected on customers may be shared among the services and
operations of our Company. Moreover, payment details such as credit card
numbers and bank account details may be used.
(2) In order to confirm the order details or delivery method, personal
information (customer name, address, e-mail address, etc.), the type and
quantity of the product ordered, and billing amount may be used.
(3) Our Company may also use personal information (usage history, name,
address, and e-mail address, etc.) of customers for sending out notices of
campaign, product, and service.
(4) In order to improve our level of service, we may use opinions,
questionnaire results, and usage histories, etc. of customers.
(5) In order to respond to requests and enquiries from customers, we may
use personal information (name, address, and e-mail address, etc.) of
customers.
(6) In order to browse order status of customers, we may provide the
type, quantity, and billing amount, etc. of ordered products to Yahoo! Inc.
and make these displayed.
(7) In order to repudiate services to customers who place orders for
unauthorized purposes, we may provide information such as the type, quantity,
and billing amount, etc. of ordered products to each operating company of
shopping sites (Rakuten, Inc., Yahoo! Inc., and Estore Corporation) if the
transactions are assessed as for unauthorized purposes by any means.
2. Management of Personal Information
We manage personal information under the following structure:
1) Managing internal company structure in compliance with the Private
Information Protection Law and guidelines and get the written oath to rescind
the proper handling of personal information from employees.
2) Restrict personal information utilization to only personnel for business
matters; establish rules pertaining to storage and management, etc. of media
including personal information, and take precautions for the protection of
personal information.
3) Regarding the personal information stored in our system, the account and
password are available only for usage by employees relating to business
matters, and access rights management will be implemented. Furthermore, the
account and password are stringently administered in order to avoid leakage
and loss.
4) For security during data transfer relating to personal information
through the Internet, we use SSL, the industry standard of encrypted
communication, which is essential for Web pages. (*Currently, this is
limited to shopping sites only)
5) Assuming no failure in terms of service, from the date of receipt of
personal information after the elapse of a certain period of time, personal
information which is no longer required will be constantly destroyed,
deleted, or erased.
3. Provisions of Personal Information for Third Parties
For orders, upon comprehension of this privacy policy, please agree to the
provisions of information stated in Article 1 (Clauses 6 and 7) before
placing orders.
However, regarding information provided to each operating company of shopping
sites (Rakuten Inc., Yahoo! Inc., and Estore Corporation), in terms of the
concept of privacy in accordance with provisions of each operating company of
shopping sites, our Company is obliged to take a stringent management system.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
(1) Our Company, unless consent is obtained from customers, will not disclose
information to third parties. However, there is an exception if this applies
to any of the following cases:
・If requests are made by public and governmental authorities such as law court or police
・If special provisions of laws and regulations exist
・If consent of customers cannot be obtained when the lives, bodies, and
possessions of customers and third parties are endangered
・If consent of the identical person cannot be obtained when protection or
defense of the rights, properties, and services of our Company is required
due to actions opposed to laws and regulations or terms of service or
precautions of our Company
(2) If disclosure of personal information is requested by customers, this
information will be disclosed only when the identity of customers is
confirmed.
ATTENTION: Procedure of Identification... Please send any document that can
prove your identity (copy of license, health insurance, etc.) to our Company.
After clarifying your identity by confirming the contents, your personal
information will be disclosed.
